Dennis Kyne is charged with 8 different counts
inciting a riot, obstructing a government operation
acting violently, and the infamous RESISTING ARREST
  also received four counts of disorderly conduct

The Police Report States very clearly that Dennis was kicking and screaming and resisting arrest.  It also charges a very serious and un-American crime of Inciting a riot.  Which requires more than one person to be busy yelling and screaming.  Please pass this photo around the world and ask if  anyone can deduce from this shot where Dennis is casually hanging out by the Paddy wagon, that he had not been Inciting a riot, resisting arrest, acting violently, obstructing operations and being disorderly. Rather he was just waiting to get into the sweat box.  One guy in the sweatband flexcuffing Dennis because he had been out on the streets yelling loud about depleted uranium.  The other two fellows are monitoring a tough photo journalist who was flex cuffed specifically for taking pictures of Dennis, because Dennis was not doing any of the things listed. (ed. note. photos still possible?) What had Dennis being doing all the days? Telling the Officers that Juan Gonzales covered the story in the New York Daily News: New York National Guardsmen, Peace Officers of New York, were being exposed to depleted uranium and suffering from it.

Juan writes   The 442nd, made up for the most part of New York cops, firefighters and correction officers, is based in Orangeburg, Rockland County. Dispatched to Iraq last Easter, the unit's members have been providing guard duty for convoys, running jails and training Iraqi police.

Dennis is loud, no one is going to deny that.  However in America, as Jefferson explained hundreds of years ago, FREEDOM of Expression is paramount to the group as a whole.  It is deeper than Freedom of Speech, surely if Dennis just walked around like a diplomat there would be zero trouble.  Dennis was asking if the cops were interested in doing some acting. Acting for the guys  from the 442nd.  You know, Yelling, "Interested in standing some ground and REALLY supporting the troops?"   

Dennis wasn't thinking how much the Police Commissioner liked that? He just figured he would like somebody really supporting the Troops too.  How mistaken Dennis was.  In Dennis' defense of the abandoned members of the 442nd, Dennis was made the enemy.  

Can someone please ask the Police Commissioner if this is Depleted Uranium/DU238 related?

Dennis is concerned for the health and welfare of the American Troops, The American Officers, the American People and most of all the worlds Children.  The archaic womb of consciousness has resonated so loudly it knocked Dennis into Jail on inciting a riot charge and he was walking around New York with two friends.  Dennis has yelled louder at Oakland Raider Football games than when talking to the people about Depleted Uranium.  He does not own any weapons, and the only weapon he has held longer than a single shot was the one the government issued him. Dennis is NON VIOLENT and finds it incredibly un-American in itself to send a decorated combat veteran, who stands in protest, very loudly to jail on trumped up charges.  Dennis is a founding member of Veterans For Peace Chapter 101 in the Bay Area of California.  As a veteran for Peace Dennis has stated. "my voice is not at peace."  The Womb is still resonating, It is much too late for Dennis to file Conscientious Objector status.  Dennis will stand Loudly in protest, as a former Drill Sergeant who walked around dressed up like a tree pretending he was mad.  Obviously he is mad. He hasn't gone mad though, he is not pretending. He is  non violent, does not believe in violence, believes in Expression,  Is this being taken away from us too?  

Freedom of Expression, when was the last time we had a good conversation about that?

The book does not typify the deluge of writing which has appeared since September 11th. Its writer is not somebody at whom a finger can immediately be pointed as a conspiracy theorist. And he does not propose anything which cannot be solidly authenticated by contemporary media reports, scientific evidence and public documents. That isn't to say that much of what appears here has not appeared elsewhere and that many other credible publications do not exist - but this book is of such lucidity and only asks questions which the reader will find difficult to ignore. It may well be the spear which finally pierces the bloated bladder of lies which perpetuates the bogus war against the freedom of the human race.
